Playing day
9 October 2026 at 15:30 (doors 14:30), Grundschule Am Priesterweg, ending around 19:00. Seven Swiss rounds at 10+5, maximum 80 participants. School tournament: grades 1–6 with DWZ below 1000 and grades 7–13 with DWZ below 1700, open to schools in Berlin and Brandenburg. A separate FIDE-rated open Elo tournament has no age limit and requires a FIDE ID. Register up to 15 minutes before play, preferably by email to Rolf Trenner one day beforehand, giving name, school, birth year and FIDE ID. Entry fee EUR 10, reduced to EUR 5 for players of SV Babelsberg 03, PSV Potsdam Mitte and FC Deetz; EUR 1 extra for late registration.

Potsdamer Schach Herbstturnier 2026: Grades 1–6: DWZ below 1000; grades 7–13: DWZ below 1700. Schools in Berlin and Brandenburg.
